White Trash Burger Bombs

White Trash Burger Bombs are delicious and easy peasy to make!

  • 1 lb of ground hamburger (I used ground meatloaf mix from my local grocer).
  • 1 onion (diced)
  • 1 bell pepper
  • 1 tsp (ground black) pepper
  • Velveeta™ cheese (this is the "white trash" portion)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2 or more (cans) of Pillsbury™ crescent rolls
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Pre-heat oven to 375°. In the meantime, brown the meat. Halfway through, add the onions and peppers as well as the spices.

When the meat is browned, onions are translucent and the peppers are soft, pour mixture into a bowl. Add the Velveeta™. (You may have to warm in the microwave or on the stove to get it to that delicious melted consistency). Unroll the crescent rolls. Spoon mixture onto individual rolls. Wrap up rolls around mixture. Place on baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
