Chicken Ring

We have a few favorite recipes around our house. Chicken Alfredo and applesauce pork chops are some of our favorite meals. However, one of our absolute favorites happens to be our Chicken Ring (a recipe adapted from Pampered Chef's lemon Herb Chicken Ring). A friend asked how it was made, so here it is :)

2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
1/2 cup diced red bell pepper

1 garlic clove, minced
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup Philadelphia Cream Cheese Cooking Garlic Creme
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning (Optional, I don’t use it)
1/2 cup grated fresh parmesan cheese, divided
2 (8 ounce) packages Pillsbury refrigerated crescent dinner rolls
Directions:

1) Preheat oven to 375.
2) Cook Chicken with peppers and some cooking crème.

3)Chop the chicken and bell peppers.
4) Combine chicken, bell pepper, garlic, cooking creme, italian seasoning, mozzarella cheese and 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese; mix well.

5) Unroll crescent dough and separate into 16 triangles.
6)Arrange triangles, slightly overlapping, in a circle on a large cookie sheet with wide ends 4 inches from edge of sheet.(Points will extend off the edge of cookie sheet).
7) Spoon chicken mix evenly over dough in a continuous circle. Bring points of triangle up over filling and tuck under dough at center to form a ring. (Filling will show).

8) Sprinkle remaining Parmesan cheese over ring.

9) Bake 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
10) Enjoy!

It’s delicious!
