Eat Smart Scale

We have been focusing on getting healthy (and just maybe, Mommy will finally lose some baby weight)!

We have been using BreakPal to exercise throughout the day, when we're engaged in electronics (watching t.v, using the computer).

We have been increasing our water intake as well. Fortunately, we already eat pretty healthily.

However, I was given the opportunity to review a kitchen scale from Eat Smart.

We have used this scale primarily for weighing objects other than food (this is a highlight of Princess' day). I have used it, not for caloric measurement, but, for weight of meat and veggies in recipes).

It is very exact. It has been great for Princess to practice using a scale and her measurements.

However, I have not really had to use it for very much. It is not the most used small appliance in my house (that would probably be the coffee pot).

It's easy to use, with only two buttons. It also changes units, from ounces, pounds, kilograms and grams.

If you need a kitchen scale, bathroom scale or even a luggage scale, please check out Eat Smart Products!
